About Ms. DeWeese
My name is Abby DeWeese and I am the 8th grade social studies teacher for the Ravens team. I am very excited to work with students and their parents/ guardians at Westport Middle School this 2016-2017 school year!
I have lived in Louisville my whole life, am a Louisville Cardinals fan and am dedicated to making Louisville a better place by investing in our youth. I attended schools in JCPS from elementary through high school and also graduated from local colleges including Jefferson Community and Technical College and the University of Louisville.
I want to do everything I can to help my students be successful in social studies class, 8th grade and beyond. If there is anyway I can offer assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
